Urva Prep is operated by traineradmin(“we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through Urva Prep, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, job title, and profile picture.
• Content you create in the app: messages, announcements, time-off requests, tasks, schedule entries, and training quiz responses.
• If your employer connects a URVA account, basic employee-directory information (name, email, job title) synced from URVA to set up your account.

We also collect information automatically, including device/browser information and usage logs.

We use your phone number specifically to send one-time passcodes (OTP) for verifying your identity and signing in. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes, and we do not send marketing text messages. • To create and secure your account, including phone-based sign-in.
• To provide the features you use: chat, scheduling, time-off, tasks, announcements, and training.
• To send in-app and (where enabled) push notifications about activity relevant to you.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the service.

We share information with service providers who help us operate Urva Prep, including:

• Twilio, to deliver SMS verification codes.
• Our hosting and database providers, to run the application and store data securely.
• Email delivery providers, to send account and invite emails.
• URVA, only if your employer has connected a URVA account, to sync employee directory data.

We do not sell your personal information. Within your employer's account, your name, title, and activity are visible to your teammates and to people at your business with administrative permissions, as part of normal use of a team workforce app.

We retain account information for as long as your account is active, and as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data by contacting support@traineradmin.com.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls limiting who can see tenant data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of SMS at any time.
• Contact support@traineradmin.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.

Urva Prep is a workplace tool intended for use by employees and is not directed at children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
