Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Urva Prep, provided by traineradmin(“we,” “us”). By creating an account or accepting an invite to join a business on Urva Prep, you agree to these Terms.

Urva Prep is a workforce management application that lets a business and its employees communicate, schedule shifts, request time off, assign and track tasks, post announcements, and complete training, in one shared workspace.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account or accepting an invite.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• Sign-in is phone-based: we send a one-time passcode by text message to verify it's you. See our SMS Terms & Conditions for details.
• An account created by a business owner acts on behalf of that business for billing and administrative purposes, if applicable.

You agree not to:

• Use Urva Prep for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account, business, or tenant's data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, including its SMS/notification systems.
• Upload content you don't have the right to share, or that is abusive, harassing, or unlawful.

Urva Prepcan optionally connect to third-party services (for example, URVA for employee directory sync) at the business owner's election. Use of those integrations is also subject to that third party's own terms.

You retain ownership of the content you submit through Urva Prep (messages, files, announcements, and similar). You grant us a license to host, store, and display that content as needed to provide the service to you and your business.

Urva Prepis provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every text message will be delivered.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, traineradmin will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of Urva Prep.

We may suspend or terminate access to Urva Prepfor violation of these Terms. A business owner or administrator may disable an employee's account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
